From Wednesday 13th till Thursday 14th of September, four ICIPS members, including three PhD students: Julian Garrecht (JLU Gießen), Melanie Trupp (OU Osnabruck), Sophie Tiedeman and one postdoctoral researcher Xia Chen (the two last from RU Regensburg), participated to the Physcomitrium Lab-Training organized by Prof. Stefanie Müller-Schüssele and her staff (including ICIPS and PhD student, Julian Ingelfinger) at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
During these two days, each participant learned to work with this new model plant: Physcomitrella patens by preparing some Physco-culture and by screening them.
Thank you a lot to all the non-ICIPS members of the working group of Prof. Stefanie Müller-Schüssele for hosting this event and teaching our ICIPS members new Physco-methods.
